Blue Cap

Blue Cap has provided individualized supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for 56 years in Blue Island, Illinois. Our programs extend far beyond the physical location of Blue Island. We support nearly 150 people who reside in the southwest area of Chicago and over 30 suburban communities. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults to achieve their life goals and dreams. With the assistance of staff qualified in the field of intellectual disability, each person develops and implements their own individualized support plan. Over this span of 56 years, Blue Cap has continued to grow and develop, constantly changing to meet individualized needs.
