Pathlights

Pathlights mission is to empower individuals navigating the aging life cycle with a focus on those 60 years of age and older. We do this by offering a shared housing program and non-emergency housing information, education & support programs for informal caregivers of older adults, in-home services and home delivered meals for adults over 60 years of age, support for those age 55+ raising relatives, Medicare and Medicaid counseling, and financial support application assistance for a variety of programs available to those over age 60 and adults with disabilities. We are also an information and assistance hub for non-medical aspects of aging and can connect people to trusted community partners providing additional resources.
